By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary legal rights and parental/guardian permissions to submit the photograph. You agree not to upload fraudulent, copyrighted, offensive, or malicious material.

3. Disclaimer of Official Guarantees

While our system applies exact geometric and color algorithms based on State Department published rules, final acceptance of any application or photograph rests solely with the reviewing consular officer, passport adjudicator, or government agency.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, layout designs, content, graphics, and proprietary algorithms on this website are protected under copyright laws. You retain full ownership of your personal uploaded photographs.
