• Payment Information: Transaction data processed exclusively by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card or banking details.
• Communications: Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting our support team, including email address and message content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process uploaded photos solely for generating ICAO/DS-160 compliant biometric photo outputs as requested by you.
• To process transactions and send related transaction information.
• To send administrative communications, including updates to our policies.
• To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve our Service. We do not use your identifiable photos for training AI or facial recognition models without your explicit, separate written consent.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and processed output images are automatically deleted from our active servers within 24 hours of processing completion. However, we may retain de-identified, aggregated data and certain metadata (such as transaction records) for longer periods as required by applicable law, accounting obligations, or legitimate business interests. We are not responsible for data retained in automated backup systems that may persist for a limited additional period in encrypted form before being overwritten.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including but not limited to:

• Razorpay: For secure payment processing. Razorpay's use of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy. We are not responsible for Razorpay's data practices.
• Analytics Providers: We may use third-party analytics tools. These providers collect anonymized usage data subject to their own privacy policies.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use cloud hosting providers for processing and temporary storage. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
