Core Privacy Commitment: USVisaPhotoAI does not store your photographs permanently. All user-uploaded images and generated outputs are permanently and automatically deleted from our processing servers within 24 hours of creation.

1. Information We Process

When using our compliance services, we process the following categories of data:

Uploaded Photographs: Used strictly for computer-vision landmark detection, cropping to 600×600 px, background normalization, and file compression.
Technical Metadata: Browser type, viewport size, approximate country via IP (for localized pricing display), and session analytics.
Payment Transactions: Handled securely via our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers or banking credentials.

2. 24-Hour Automated Deletion Protocol

Your uploaded images and processed files reside on secure ephemeral storage. Our automated cron system permanently purges photo records and image blobs after 24 hours. Download URLs expire after 1 hour.

3. Third-Party Disclosures & Non-Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your biometric data or personal photographs to third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or facial recognition databases.

4. Security Measures

All data transmitted to and from our service is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. We maintain strict internal access controls to safeguard server infrastructure.
