Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on USVisaPhotoAI, you agree to the terms described herein.
1. Nature of the Service
USVisaPhotoAI provides a digital, on-demand AI processing service. Upon payment and delivery of your processed photo output, the service is considered fully rendered and consumed. As such, all sales are generally final except in the limited circumstances described below.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your photo output was rejected by an official government agency or portal (e.g., the U.S. Department of State DS-160 portal);
- The rejection was solely and directly caused by a technical formatting or compliance error attributable to our software — and not due to factors within your control (see Section 3 below);
- You submit your refund request in writing to usvisaphotoai@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase date; and
- You provide your order ID and a legible copy of the official rejection notice from the government portal clearly stating the reason for rejection.
We reserve the sole right to evaluate each refund request and determine whether it meets the eligibility criteria above. Our determination is final.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances, which include but are not limited to:
- The uploaded photo was of poor quality, blurry, improperly lit, or otherwise unsuitable — issues caused by the source image you provided, not our processing.
- The photo was rejected for reasons unrelated to formatting, such as facial expression, glasses, head covering (non-religious), background color chosen by you, or any other content-related factor.
- You selected the incorrect photo type or visa category during the order process.
- The government agency's requirements changed after your photo was processed and downloaded.
- You are dissatisfied with the result for subjective aesthetic reasons unrelated to technical compliance.
- The refund request is submitted after the 14-day window from the date of purchase.
- You have already used the processed photo to submit a government application, regardless of outcome.
- Duplicate or erroneous purchase due to user error.
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times may vary based on your bank or card issuer and are beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays caused by Razorpay or your financial institution.
5. No Chargebacks
You agree to contact us at usvisaphotoai@gmail.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to the Service.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
