What photo size does DS-160 require?

The DS-160 form requires a digital photo that is 600×600 pixels (square, 1:1 aspect ratio) and under 240KB in JPEG format. Our tool automatically crops and resizes your photo to these exact specifications.

Can I wear glasses in my US visa photo?

No. As of November 1, 2016, the U.S. Department of State no longer allows glasses in visa photos. You must remove all eyeglasses, including prescription glasses and sunglasses, before taking your photo.
